Your shirt is made by my fulfillment partner, Spreadshirt.com, who has an excellent record for quality products and production, and customer service. When you place an order at Gladditudes.com, it will go into production the next business day. Your order typically ships within 2 business days after going into production, sometimes a day longer during high volume seasons such as Halloween and Christmas. Orders placed on weekends go into production the following Monday or Tuesday. Orders shipped with standard shipping take 2-5 days typically, via the U.S. Mail, but trackable. Orders placed with 3-day or 1-day shipping options typically go through the production system a bit faster.
If you change your mind or make a mistake with your order, it is best to cancel your order immediately, and reorder. See below for instructions on how to cancel your order. Most of the products offered at Gladditudes.com are made with "flex print" -- a highly durable, bright and long-lasting finish (see "product finishes"). We also offer a print method called "DTG" or "Direct to Garment" printing. While the flex print is plot-cut vinyl heat-pressed into the shirt and is limited to 1-3 colors, the DTG product is a full-color process similar to inkjet printing. The flex print is the more long lasting of the two types of printing. In the Gladditudes designer, you can upload an image for DTG printing. Or you can email a logo to Gladditudes and we will get it online in the proper files format for you.
You can only cancel an order when it is in "new" status before it goes into production. If you make a mistake in your order, it is best to cancel the order and place the order correctly. To cancel your order, log into the "Track Order" page on the Gladditudes website, click on your order number and then click on the "Cancel Order" button. If you have an urgent request regarding your order, you can call my fulfillment partner (Spreadshirt.com) at 1-800-381-0815 for helpful customer service 8 am to 8 pm, EST. Please note that we have very short processing times so it is possible that an order that was just recently submitted is already in processing and, therefore, cannot be cancelled.

Every product ordered at Spreadshirt is created just for you. Because they are custom made, returned goods cannot be resold and are either donated or thrown away.
If you make a mistake with your order, call us and we will see what we can reasonably do to help you get the shirt you want.
There are three shipping options: Standard, 3-day and 1-day. Standard is by the postal service and one and three day shipping is through UPS. 3-day and Next Day shipping **cannot deliver** to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses. All P.O. addresses will be Standard Shipping. ** Please note, shipping times do not include production time ** Standard Shipping 3-day Shipping Through UPS, this option is trackable. Your order will arrive 3 business days after you receive your shipping confirmation email. 1-day Shipping Also through UPS, with this option your order will arrive 1 day after receiving your shipping notification email. CANADIAN SHIPPING USPS International Economy to Canada takes 1-2 weeks and is not trackable. UPS Standard has a tracking option and takes 3-7 days. ** please note: custom charges are not included in the shipping costs. Having a package go through customs seems to be on a random basis. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING USPS International Economy to Europe and other countries takes 1-6 weeks and is not trackable. UPS International Premium takes 1-6 business days and is trackable. Gladditudes can provide graphic design services, and produce a custom design to suit your needs. If it is a simple request, or for a larger order, this service is often provided free of charge. Designs are available in several finishes. When a unique finishes such as Sparkle, Glitter or Flock are used, the finish name is usually called out in the product name. Flex Print Flock Applied using a similar process to Flex Print, Flock Print has a raised, fuzzy texture. Also very durable, vibrant and long-lasting. A wide range of colors is offered, including neons. Metallic Can used together with Flex Print colors, Metallic Gold and Silver have a nice, metallic sheen, not stiff, tacky or rubbery. SPECIALTY FLEX This category has special finishes -- THAT CANNOT BE COMBINED. They include: Shimmer, Glitz, Glow, Camo and Neon. Shimmer or Glitz Shimmer has a low sheen "shimmery" finish. Glitz is more glittery. Glow The glow-in-the-dark finish glows in the dark when first exposed to light. Ideal for Halloween or sci-fi effects. Neon The neon colors are very bright.
How do I know what size to buy? Detailed sizing comments are at the bottom of the order details page (where you go when you click on the image of the product you wish to order... allowing you to see a larger view and choose size and quantity.). Scroll down to see a picture of the garment on a model, and click on the tabs to get measurements and fabric details.
