Designs are available in several finishes. When a unique finishes such as Sparkle, Glitter or Flock are used, the finish name is in all caps in the product name. (for example: GOLD METALLIC Cross Women's T-shirt — the cross is in Gold Metallic)
Flex Print
Many of the Gladditudes products are created using Flex Print, which comes in 20 colors, including neons. Flex Print is heat-pressed into the fibers of the shirt, and is extremely resistant to cracking and fading, even outlasting the garment!

Glow
Applied using a similar process to Flex Print, Flock Print has a raised, fuzzy texture. Also very durable, vibrant and long-lasting.
Sometimes used together with Flex Print colors, Metallic Gold and Silver have a nice, metallic sheen, not stiff, tacky or rubbery.
The Glitter finish has a shimmery look and comes in five colors. Its feel is slightly rubbery, but not thick or stiff.
The Sparkle finish is very glittery — almost a hallographic effect, with a smooth reflective finish. It gives a fun, glam effect to designs.
The glow-in-the-dark finish glows in the dark when first exposed to light. Ideal for Halloween or sci-fi effects.

Pay special attention to the Product Details, which are shown when you click on a product. The Product Details give an accurate description of fit (for example, many of the junior products fit small and snug), and also describes the feel of the fabric.
Products from this online-shop can be exchanged within 14 days of receipt. If the item has been produced with personalized specifications (i.e. if you used a personal line of text) then we cannot cancel your order, however, we are very fair. If you are not satisfied with a personalized t-shirt, simply contact our helpful Service Team. As long as your are not requesting to exchange an entire team's football jersey's, we are very accommodating. If the ordered item contains defects (e.g. because of a printing error), then we will obviously take the product back, reimburse your money or send an error-free product.
Check your purchase confirmation email for the email address to request a return. It is helpful to just select "reply" so that your order information is passed on to the appropriate service person.Shipping charges are non-refundable.

You can only cancel an order before it begins processing. To cancel your order, log into your Order Status page and click on the "Cancel Order" button. The link to your order status page can be found in your order confirmation email.
Please note that we have very short processing times so it is possible that an order that was just recently submitted is already in processing and, therefore, cannot be cancelled.
